How does the Xoftcart billing system work?
All plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. We support automated invoicing, global credit cards, and local wire transfers for enterprise clients.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can easily change plans. Upgrades apply immediately and are billed on a pro-rated basis. Downgrades take effect starting with the next active billing cycle.
What security measures do you have in place?
